On one hand MEL offers an acknowledged training course for intercultural interpreters: intercultural translation between patients, doctors and interpreters as well as guidance orientation in health, social and education sectors.

On the other hand MEL offers training courses in cross-cultural mediation, with intercultural mediators running workshops on burning social issues for parents from their cultural background and working with specialist units which want to reach certain immigrant groups.
