Respecting rule of law principles

To ensure respect of human rights and rule of law principles, «SAJE» lawyers inform, counsel and defend people seeking asylum. Asylum seekers can benefit from legal follow-up and information on their asylum procedure, their family reunification application and the like. F permit holders can obtain support in applying for regularization (B permit), family reunification, travel authorization, inter alia. Rejected asylum seekers may be represented in an attempt to obtain a re-examination of their asylum application, emergency aid or a humanitarian B permit. The «SAJE» is also available to concerned civil society for analysing the evolution of asylum law from the standpoint of its field experience.
